Matthews | DCCM provided surveying services for full utility as-built, as well as paving and drainage as-built for this exciting project in St. Augustine. This project exemplifies the power of repurposing existing infrastructure to foster sustainable growth in a rapidly expanding community. The campus repurposes the former home of the St. Augustine Record newspaper by renovating the existing 40,000-square-foot building and adding an 80,000-square-foot expansion, showcasing a commitment to sustainability through adaptive reuse.

The state-of-the-art campus is located just two miles west of USAHS’s original location of over 40 years. With a vision for innovation and a $74 million investment, the new campus will support the university’s commitment to advancing health sciences and empowering students to succeed as leaders in their fields.
